In this episode, I want to share with you a challenging situation that I experienced during a flight to Nairobi, Kenya - a situation that, at that moment, made me feel very angry and small. The thing is, we always have two choices in each situation:
We can put our focus on blaming other people or circumstances for negative feelings, or we can start looking at ourselves - looking at what a situation does within us, what it can teach us and how we can actually grow through it. Often times, we just don't realize that we do have this choice in each moment.
Today I want to share how I dealt with this situation and which steps helped me to grow through it. This is something we can all do in our tough moments - to consciously take the responsibility for feeling good and having a great day back into our own hands.
