Meditation is for everyone, especially beginners. It does not need to be complicated, there is no "right" or "wrong" way to do it, and it is really about taking some time for yourself in your busy life. This is a stop-everything-and-look-inside meditation with a spiritual flavor but I invite everyone to listen in and take a little break. Keep what you need and leave behind the rest. We all inherit a legacy from those who came before us, as individuals, as a family, and as the One Tribe of Humanity. Some of what we inherit is physical, and can be touched and shifted with our hands, but most of it is invisible, intangible, carried inside of us and only showing itself when we find a reason to stop and unpack it. Our shared inheritance is the Earth, and today’s Earth is the combined legacy of how everyone on the planet lived yesterday. In this episode, I invite you to unpack the inheritance that you have been handed, examine what you find, and choose how you will live from here on.

Which Wolf Are You Feeding?

In order to create a new way of life, we each must build a bridge to what we want, and then we must walk across it. We manifest the life we want by living it.

We all have two wolves living inside us: an angry wolf , and a happy wolf, and we can only feed one of them at a time. Which wolf are you feeding inside you: the happy wolf or the angry wolf? These wolves can act as our guides in life if we answer this question honestly, and your direction will become clear: feeding the happy wolf leads us toward what we want, and feeding the angry wolf leads us back to what we want to leave behind. The choice is yours.
