Flyover Footy: A St. Louis CITY SC and Soccer in STL Podcast

St. Louis CITY SC falls 3-0 to LAFC and is officially eliminated from the 2025 playoffs. Matt & Santi break it all down and look at what we know and should takeaway about this CITY SC FO, staff & players after this one.

CITY WINS 3-1! Back to back wins for the 1st time under David Critchley and it's Brendan McScorely who is the hero. 2 goals, 1 assist and a goal line clearance are the headliners but he's not the only star. Roman Bürki's 9 saves helped cap a tale of two halves that we break down - in a rare postgame Fallout recorded immediately following the match!

Amidst 43 shots, St. Louis CITY SC is only able to muster a 1-1 draw vs an FC Dallas team that was down to 10 men for over 70 minutes. Célio Pompeu scored upon his return to the Starting XI and continued discussion around Wallem v Totland surrounded this shot-fest. Matt and Santi recap it all + include plenty of big picture talk too about the future of CITY.
