We’re back in the world of The Housemaid for this short novella, officially considered Book 2.5 of the series. The Housemaid’s Wedding is meant to bridge the gap between Books #2 and 3. Giving us a little more of Millie’s story after book #2 but before moving on to the next chapter 10 years later for the final story in the series.

But did we actually need this chapter? 🤔

Nat and I had… thoughts!?!?  While we enjoyed getting another glimpse into Millie’s life, we aren’t exactly convinced this novella brought everything we needed/wanted to the table. Is it an essential piece of the series, or could you skip it and go straight to Book 3?
