1. An Air Busan passenger plane bound for Hong Kong caught fire at Gimhae International Airport earlier this week on Tuesday, in the country's southern city of Busan before takeoff. All 176 people on board were safely evacuated using an escape slide, though seven suffered minor injuries.
2. The Korean Central News Agency reported last Sunday that North Korea test-fired sea-to-surface strategic guided cruise missiles, in the first missile launch since U.S. President Donald Trump took office.
