1. South Korean President Yoon Suk Yeol arrived in Lithuania on Monday for the NATO Summit during which South Korea and NATO plan to adopt documents for bilateral cooperation across 11 sectors, including nonproliferation.

2. North Korea’s Kim Yo Jong said on Tuesday that a US spy aircraft which violated Pyongyang’s airspace twice had retreated when North Korea sent its warplanes. Kim said that the US forces would “experience a very critical flight” if the United States continues its reconnaissance activities.

3. South Korean President Yoon Suk Yeol electronically approved the Cabinet’s decision on Tuesday to split the TV transmission fee from monthly household electricity bills. The approval came after the Korea Communication Commission amended the enforcement ordinance on the Broadcasting Act last week.
