1. According to South Korea’s Joint Chiefs of Staff, North Korea fired at least 10 missiles, including three short-range ballistic missiles, off its east and west coast. One of the ballistic missiles landed in waters close to South Korea’s territorial waters. 

2. During the meeting with South Korea’s Central Disaster Countermeasures and Safety Headquarters, South Korean Prime Minister Han Duck-soo said that the government will look to hold those responsible for the tragedy that occurred in Itaewon.

3. South Korea’s consumer prices jumped 5.7% on-year in October, marking the 6th consecutive month that the consumer prices remained above the 5% mark. October’s year-on-year growth was mostly driven by increased utility costs.
