  • Gregg Giuffria
House of Lords, anybody? Yep, this week Richie gets a chance to talk with founder and keyboardist Gregg Giuffria about the origins of House of Lords.
Gregg was also a pivotal part of Angel and Giuffria but House of Lords has always been high on Richie’s list of bands so enjoy his chat this week.

Mark Tremonti is back on the show once again and this time he’s on board to discuss the latest Tremonti Release “A Dying Machine” due out this week.
Also on the show this week we have a talk with Toby Jepson. You may know him from Little Angels or Fastway but now he’s providing the vocal power for The Wayward Sons.
Toby will be talking a bit about his past as well as a chat about The Wayward Sons latest “Ghosts of Yet to Come”.

  • Duane Baron
This week Richie sits down with mixer, engineer, and producer Duane Baron. Given the stellar cast of metal musicians that Duane has been able to work with (Dream Theater, Ozzy, Crue, and more) this chat should be a good one.
Track of the week is from “By Blood Sworn” the new release from Ross the Boss.

  • The Rise of LA Thrash Metal
At long last Bob Nalbandian and the crew at Metal Rock Films ( MetalRockFilms.com ) have finished the LA metal documentary trilogy they started way back in 2014. The final part was the much anticipated volumes on thrash, “The Rise of La Thrash Metal” volumes 1 & 2.
Narrated by David Ellefson they wrap up the project in style. This week we are happy to have filmmaker Carl Alvarez on to talk about the making of the Inside Metal documentary series and his own first hand personal experiences in the LA thrash and metal scene.

  • SlaterRyche
Jason Slater (jason-slater.com) was the bassist for Third Eye Blind and Snake River Conspiracy but he is probably best known as a record producer and in particular the producer for Queensryche’s output from 2005 to 2013.
Jason had a massive two sessions of talk with Richie about those years and this week we bring the first hour of that dialog.

  • Havok
Century Media artists Havok have been bringing the thrash since 2004. You would think that after all this time that spellcheck would not try to correct the band name but apparently technology can’t keep up with the relentless assault of these thrashers.
Richie spent a bit of time on the bus with the band when they had a tour stop in Worcester. He was able to talk with the whole band and that’s what we have in store for ya this week.

  • EP 373 - Kerrang! 9
Our Kerrang! project continues on into 2018 this week as we talk with Steve “Krusher” Joule. Krusher was the Art Director at Kerrang! from 1982 to 1992.
If that wasn’t enough metal cred he also hosted the ITV program “Raw Power”, designed album sleeves for Ozzy, Maiden, and Sabbath (to name a few), designed a few metal biographies, hosted Metal Mayhem on the BBC…
Get the picture. Some serious metal cred on this guy. Great stuff from Krusher this week so, Enjoy!

  • God Damn Fearless
Double shot of metal goodness once again as we bring not one but two great chats this week. First up we talk with guitarist Gus G about his brand new release “Fearless” and we follow that up with a chat with Michael Sweet about the latest from Stryper “God Damn Evil”.
Both of those releases are due to drop this Friday so this ought to get you in the mood for release day.

  • Little Caesar
This week Richie has a marathon chat with vocalist Ron Young from Little Caesar. Those guys just released “Eight” their first studio effort in six years. Like the title of their 2016 live album “Brutally Honest” Ron doesn’t mince words about the music biz.
To get more info and all the pertinent links head to LittleCaesar.net as Ron tells us, it’s not updated very often but its a good place to start.
