At the recent SNACKEX event in Istanbul where we were producing a promotional video for the European Snacks Association we met with David Jago, Director of Innovation and Insight at Mintel who was a conference presenter.

When producing a promotional video for a client, we always meet interesting people to interview. Only a short part of the interview can usually be included in the promotional video, so if we have a few minutes spare we like to capture a longer video interview and produce that as part of our 'Out and About' podcast series. At the recent SNACKEX event in Istanbul where we were producing a promotional video for the European Snacks Association we met with Fredrik Ronnberg Sales and Marketing Manager for Lyckeby Culinar. In the interview we talked to Fredrik about the change in people’s tastes, the different flavourings they offer to customers, sometimes tailored made for customer requests, and the rich history of Culinar.

In this interview we talked to Maik about the services Buhler Barth offers customers and what he was going to present at his Knowledge Workshop session which was entitled ‘Nut pasteurisation – solutions that improve food safety and shelf life’.

We spoke to Faisal about what Buhler were doing at the show and what visitors to their stand would be able to see and learn about. Faisal spoke about the new SORTEX E BioVision and the improvements it offers in terms of defect detection and production capacity. He also spoke about its design that enables easier cleaning and operational flexibility.

In this video interview we chatted to Tom about why he comes to the Boatjumble and what he enjoys the most. Tom explains why he had a stall of his own and how much he enjoys the pleasure in selling off items surplus to his needs but also keeping an eye for a bargain.

As part of the ‘The Meon Valley – A journey of discovery‘ DVD project we met Ken Groves of the Titchfield History Society, Hampshire. Ken was our main contact for all our ground and aerial filming in and around Titchfield at St Peters Church, the canal and Abbey.We talk to Ken about the Earl and his life and discover how entrepreneurial he was as well as a patron of the arts and military adventurer.
