AMD komplettiert mit 9950X und 9900X vorerst die Riege der Zen-5-CPUs für den Desktop und bleibt chaotisch: AMD empfiehlt auf einmal, Gaming Benchmarks mit dem von Windows von Haus aus versteckten Administrator-Konto durchzuführen (das bitte niemand dauerhaft aktivieren sollte!), was in den Tests von Hardware Unboxed tatsächlich zu etwa 4% höherer Performance führt. Aber auch Ryzen 7000 profitiert davon. Und wohl ebenso CPUs von Intel. Windows-Bug? Wohl eher "as intended".
Google stellt die neuen Pixel-Smartphones (und Watches und Buds) vor: alles AI. Die Hardware eher sanfte Evolution, alles etwas besser, etwas teurer. Das kleinere Pro fast noch das spannendste.
Ein wenig Gaming: Tango Gameworks (The Evil Within, Ghostwire: Tokyo) wird von Krafton (PUBG, Callisto Protocol) übernommen ink. der Rechte an HiFi Rush. Addie (EposVox) testet 20 PS2-Spiele mit RetroTINK 4K im Vergleich zum Emulator PCSX2.
