As an Ayurvedic Chef and Postpartum Doula, Cayla serves families in Saint Petersburg, FL providing care to create more ease throughout the sacred transitions of parenthood. Cayla Hans is someone who has been through ALOT with me in this lifetime. For a long time now we’ve been each other's go-to person whenever shit hit the ceiling fan and started flinging crap all over the room AND they’ve always led to incredible insight on the path to major breakthroughs. Charles Tucker is a movement coach, educator, and business owner. He is incredibly passionate about improving human biomechanics and has over a decade of experience and accreditation in leading-edge movement sciences including a License in Physical Therapy, a B.A in Exercise Science, and a nationally recognized personal training certification. 

More recently Charles has taken a deep dive into the Functional Patterns system which is a movement re-education system that most closely respects human’s biological evolution and reconnects humans with the movements that they are most well adapted to perform.

It was love at first hand to hand. Now you might be thinking, "What is this weirdo talking about?", let me explain. The first time I ever met John Boyd was at a park in Jacksonville, Florida and within 10 minutes of us meeting, I was doing a handstand on his hands while he was standing up (This is called a hand to hand in the acrobatic world). John and I immediately became best friends after this exchange I knew that one day I wanted to have a conversation like this with him because of how incredibly fluid he was a movement enthusiast. It was in this conversation that he revealed his roots in martial arts and dance and how these two art forms were a key contributor to his development moving into his adult life. Check this one out to hear the stories and lessons from a man who I believe is the living embodiment of FLOW.

What's going on fam!

As we move one step closer to releasing the first official podcast, I had the privilege to sit down with the producer of the Follow The Wolf Podcast, Cameron Douglas.

When I say that this being has a heart of gold, I don't mean in it the cheap and overused way it could be confused with. Cameron is one of the kindest, considerate and compassionate human beings I have met in my entire life.

When I told him about the possibility of this podcast being a thing over a year ago, he was instantly stoked and curious about how he could support, and when the opportunity to be an active part of the process arose he jumped all in.

Cameron cares deeply about the environment and being able to share the stories of others as a means to facilitate universal healing. With his passion for videography, Cameron is really out to make an impact through telling these stories through his art.
