Welcome to the second Providence(RI) Restaurant Renaissance. A new food hall to be called Track 15 will open in 2025. Bruce talks to chef proprietors Sanjiv Dhar of Little Chaska and Alp Gumuscu who has a new concept called Tolia, and Chris Marsella, CEO of Marsella Development Corporation.
Big news from the Waybury Inn in Middlebury, Vermont. The Inn has been busy with fans of the 1980's hit sitcom, "Newhart," wanting an inside look at the exterior setting for the beloved comedy and to remember the late Bob Newhart. This fall, those memories will come alive with the first "Newhart Weekend" which Chef Antonio Petri reveals in our chat from the Waybury's living room. There is more in store including some creations from the Chefs that will make it an unforgettable Fall.
