**Episode 3 - How To Survive Coronavirus Lockdown Without Gaining A Stone In Weight And Having To Start From Scratch
In this episode we discuss how the current pandemic is affecting your health and fitness, how to tackle 'lockdown laziness' and answer the question "Should I put my weight loss on hold for the meantime?"
There's unfortunately no way of avoiding it; this pandemic has changed the way we live and forced us to adapt.
One of the biggest part of our lives affected is our health. All of a sudden we're moving a lot less, boredom eating, and basically devoid of any form of motivation (we hope it's not just us, anyway!).
We wanted to do what we do best and offer our perspectives on how to avoid the weight piling on during this period whilst still maintaining a decent level of fitness.
Amongst other things, we discuss:
- How our NEAT is affected and why this is crucial right now
- How you can use all this extra time on your hands to nail down exactly where you're at with your health, fitness, and weight loss and where you want to go with it
- How to effectively make use of the wealth of free fitness resources currently out there
- What approach we have both decided to take in maintaining our fitness and avoiding 'lockdown laziness'

**Episode 2 - What Are 'Macros', What Do They Mean For My Fat Loss, And How Much Do I Need Of Each?
In the first episode of season 2, we do as promised and dive a lot deeper into some of the important factors to fat loss.
First up: macros, or to give the full name, macronutrients.
There's a strong chance you've heard the term before, and an even stronger chance you're not 100% sure what it means and why it even concerns you.
You may have tried a keto/low carb/atkins/lowfat/fasting diet, and all of these examples manipulate intake of one or more of these macronutrients to help achieve results.
A greater understanding of these all important macros will put you in a better position for long lasting fat loss whilst feeling more energised and less hungry, without a crash diet in sight.
Among other things, we cover:
- What exactly 'macros' are
- The differences between the 3 (or is it 4!) macronutrients
- How many calories you take on from each one
- Which of the three you should focus on for fat loss
- Why you see a huge and sudden weight loss when cutting out carbs

**Episode 11 - Is It Really Possible To Stay On Track At Christmas Whilst Still Enjoying It?
"It's the most wonderful time of the year!"
It's finally here and it seems to fly towards us at the speed of light, throwing off all routine and self-control.
Christmas.
Where one day turns into three (at least), one night out turns into a month of socialising, and the phrase 'oh why not... it IS Christmas' is used at least 5 times a day.
As enjoyable as it is, it can carry an element of stress and a little bit of weight gain..... to put it mildly.
So in this episode we discuss how to enjoy the Christmas period without sacrificing all the enjoyment that comes with it, how to stay relatively on-track, and how to remove the guilt associated with the over-indulgence.

Now, the reason we have decided to do a Podcast episode on the topic of group exercise classes is because they are SO popular.
