Fool's Journey into Light

This episode is about the dark night of the soul, a period where you feel like the current version of your existence and the version looking back at you in the mirror is not the go you think and what you expected anymore. It’s a period where you start to reevaluate your life and decide if this is the version you want to be or you want to heal and become the truest and most authentic self that you’re meant to become. In this episode of Fool's Journey into Light, we talk about the journey that we have to take in order to get to your most true and authentic self and how to accept and surrender to the unknowns of the Universe. Throughout our lives, we go through many scenarios and situations that we did not plan for and sometimes the things that we planned for turned out in a way that we did not anticipate or hope for. When this happens, we would usually beat ourselves up and ask the "What ifs" or how we could have done things differently. So this episode talks about accepting the things that have happened and will happen in our lives because everything happens for a reason. Everything is a lesson that is meant for us to learn and grow as individuals to prepare us for the future that the Universe has planned for us. Then we have to surrender to the unknown future of what may come, surrender the outcomes and accept things that may come our way. Your view on the situations, the world and what happens to you is all up to you and how you want to live and perceive life. You can either look at it and think that the world is against you and beating down on you, or you can look at it in a way that you work with the universe to achieve the life that you know you deserve.

Are you constantly in a cycle that you're sick and tired of? Why are you always in this cycle? It is time to look deeper into the WHYs of which you constantly find yourself in that situations. Let's keep walking this light journey together as we uncover the bits and pieces so we can be aware of the things that happen to us.

In this episode of Fool's Journey into Light, we talk about unlearning and unbecoming all the past versions and aspects of you that do not serve you anymore. With previous episodes talking about letting go of conditioning and trauma, this is where we learn HOW to do just that. So that we all can become the best and most authentic version of ourselves. The reason we unlearn and unbecome is so that we can find the person that we have always been inside, without all these conditionings and traumas that have burdened us in this lifetime. I hope to keep walking this light journey with all of you.

In this episode of Fool's Journey into Light, we talk about looking for the North Star that is within all of us so that we are able to find the truest and most authentic versions of us that we can become when we shed away all the walls, conditionings and standards that have been put upon us as we grow older. To find our true north, we have to stop and reflect on who we are and what we want to become. Usually begins with unlearning and unbecoming the person that we currently are to find that within ourselves. When we are able to find that north star and start walking on that path towards it, we are able to keep going and looking straight despite everything that happens in our lives. And I hope to be able to walk this journey with all of you.

For many of us in this life, we usually manage to move through life smoothly until we hit a wall or fall into rock bottom, this is usually a time when something traumatic or drastic happens in our lives that shakes the core of who we are. We start to question ourselves and the beliefs we hold in our heart. Then it comes to a point where you have no choice but to start breaking the old cycles down, letting go before we are able to let it go. Before we are able to start our new journey, one where we get to be the true, best and most authentic version of ourselves. Is it your time for your healing and spiritual journey?

How to be the adult that you needed as a child and taking over the driver seat of your life to become the best, most true and authentic version of yourself. Your inner child has always been there with you, but many times they get wounded over the years and they learn things that are not good or right. So we have to be the adult that we needed as a child, to help ground them and let them feel safe.
