Scottish footballer Aaron talks to us about his mental health journey and how he reached his lowest point, which led to him planning to commit suicide. We touched on how he got to this point and how he is doing on his new journey to a more mindful and happy life.

Alistair, having played for Wycombe Wanderers and QPR, spent two months in a coma after being in a serious car accident which sadly claimed the life of his best friend, Simon Patterson (ex-Watford). Alistair was told me might not walk again, let alone play football. His story begins there, putting all his effort into recovery. He eventually represented Team GB in the London 2012 Paralympics playing for their CP football team. 

He now works as a mentor and public speaker, inspiring future athletes and work professionals to be the best they can be, rather than rolling over at the sight of adversity.
