Neil Balme has made a significant contribution to football. Originally from Western Australia starting his playing career with Subiaco, Neil would go on to win two VFL premierships at Richmond and coach Norwood to SANFL success later on.  Coaching Melbourne at a turbulent time amid a backdrop of merger talks, he would later take on senior management roles at Collingwood and Richmond. The legend releases his memoirs in 2022, A Tale Of Two Men.
