In the third commandment, God tells us not to take the Lord’s name in vain. God takes carrying His name very seriously. We are to carry the glorious and majestic character and reputation of the LORD everywhere we go, in everything we do.

In the second commandment, God forbids us to make idols. God doesn't want anyone to worship Him incorrectly. He takes it very seriously because He wants to be truly known and loved.

Our money is a tangible way we show our heart. Through the use of our money, how we truly feel is revealed. God promises that when we trust Him and love Him with all our hearts, we will experience a flood of His blessings.
