Although we will never be free from all the effects of sin as long as we live on planet earth, God loves us and invites us to join Him in His great rescue.

The problem when facing temptation is being ill-equipped. That's why it's so important for us to know God's Word and trust in His goodness.

Jesus is the perfect image of God and we were created in that image. How we view others and ourselves should reflect our identity as God's image bearers.

We know that God created it all and He rules over it all. We should unite around that statement. We will also focus on how the awe and marvel of creation should lead us to worship and trust Him.

The Bible says that we can sow seeds and some will fall on hard ground and some will fall on fertile soil. All we need to do is sow the seeds, God will do the rest.

Sanctification is God's life-long process of making us more holy and more like Himself. God works on us throughout our lives to be more conformed to His image.

We're not supposed to just know God and love Him all by ourselves. God wants us to grow with one another, in community as brothers and sisters in Christ.

We don't want to suffer so we eat, drink and gather things to help us feel better. But God promises us there will be suffering in this world. We try to eliminate suffering and seek to satisfy our longing for comfort, control, power or approval.
