Hossein Ellahi has played in Australia, the USA, Germany, Singapore, India, France, and Austria. And he's only 25. Betting on himself from a young age, Hossein describes his mentality to succeed as a bit "delusional" but that that frame of mind was necessary for him to become a professional. A wonderful conversation ensues, with topics like struggle, helping one another, honesty in the game of football, intrinsic belief, what it truly takes to reach a dream and why so many stop short. A discussion like this is one of the true reasons we started Footwork. This is Delusional Success with Hossein Ellahi. •Follow Hossein on Instagram @hosseinellahi
