Welcome to The Footwork 50 Challenge! Dylan and Sean have a different approach to Resolutions as discussed in Episode 00:36. Because of this, they have created a new challenge to get the entire Footwork community moving in the right direction: FOOTWORK 50. 1. Join the FOOTWORK 50 group on the app3. RUN or/and Walk 1 MILE (1.6km for our non-American friends) EVERYDAY for 50 days4. Record the mile using the Adidas Running app that way we can all hold each other accountable5. No excuses are allowed. Walking a mile takes 15 minutes to do, you have the time. If you “don’t” have the time, even more of a reason you need to do this6.
