In this episode I focused on the strikes that happened across the nation in the month of October. Something that people don't realize is that unions created the American middle class. We talked about the effects of workers rights, the middle class, the destruction of the American family unit and American dream.

In this episode we talked about governance, reconciliation, debt ceiling, roadblocks to moving legislation and the future.

This month we covered some key events in our society, Which include the withdrawal of U.S troops from Afghanistan, while also highlighting the financial and societal cost of the war. The recent strike amongst Nabisco and its workers and why it is important we pay attention to that. 

In this episode. I talk about the labor shortage in America. The main focus here is the Restaurant industry. I highlight some reasons why the shortage exist, the pitiful wages and benefits restaurant workers receive as compared to their peers in other services industry.
