In this 'in focus' episode, Rich, Phil and Will chat to the incredible Britt and Roger ('Stan') Staniforth who are embarking on a frankly ridiculous journey across the Atlantic. The father and daughter duo are rowing the Atlantic Ocean with friends Ed and Mico, as they aim to make team 'Atlantic Generation Gap' the fastest mixed rowing crew to cross the Atlantic. This episode was immensely fun to record, with many a tangent and some inspiring stories. They are rowing to raise money for Mind, The Royal Marines Charity, Women's Aid and Rural Assistance Nepal, if you'd like to contribute to their amazing campaign, please donate on their page. You can see their progress by following @atlanticgenerationgap on instagram or even downloading the YB Races app where you can track their boat 'Mandy'. We hope you enjoy the episode! You can follow us on @FGSPod on Twitter or Instagram or email [email protected] to share good news!
