The father and daughter duo are rowing the Atlantic Ocean with friends Ed and Mico, as they aim to make team 'Atlantic Generation Gap' the fastest mixed rowing crew to cross the Atlantic. This episode was immensely fun to record, with many a tangent and some inspiring stories. They are rowing to raise money for Mind, The Royal Marines Charity, Women's Aid and Rural Assistance Nepal, if you'd like to contribute to their amazing campaign, please donate on their page.
