With chapter 5 of The Voyage of the Dawn Treader, Katie and Bethy compare the storm in this chapter to one found in scripture, see some growth in Eustace (but not much), practice Ignatian Spirituality, and take a look at Mark 4:35-41. 

Katie and Bethy discuss Caspian's clear-eyed confidence, the plethora of biblical references this chapter holds, and the complications of morality. They also practice fourfold reading and take a look at Isaiah 61:1-3.

With chapter 3 of The Voyage of The Dawn Treader, Bethy and Katie discuss the horrific slave trade that is found in the Lone Islands, discuss the often quoted but seldom fully examined Jeremiah 29, and practice one of our best havrutas ever.

As we take one last look at Prince Caspian as a whole, we wonder if it is all about preserving old ways, or rebirth, and we discuss Peter's logic and Edmund's leadership. Bethy's main takeaway is the power of memory and Katie's is the reminder that things don't have to go the expected way.
