The pace may be slow, but it is a steady, slow pace, so there’s time for everything. There is no point in rushing. Life is not about speed or how fast you can start or finish something and move on to the next. It is about living every minute with intention.

You carried through and there is light and hope.

A new chapter is opening in 2025. It will not be a perfect life, probably not an easy one, but something can happen, something worth the wait. It is a chapter for growth and progress. It could be another rollercoaster ride, but filled with anticipation, excitement, and all the good stuff. It will be a life beyond what I know and can see.

Overthinking can feel like a heavy weight, holding us back from living fully in the present moment. But you're not alone. The company does not love you! This phrase is one of the best reminders and advice I've received professionally. This phrase has been a guiding light to remind me to create a life outside of work. To rest, take unconditional permission to take a vacation, and do things I love outside work.

Loving others - family, friends, and special someone can sometimes deplete your love tank, especially if you give all and sacrifice for your loved ones. Self-love is one way to fill that love tank. The love that overflows from your love tank can then be shared with others. Keep the love alive and your love tank full by loving yourself first.

In the wheel of life, there are 6 aspects or buckets that I focus on every year. These are my compass as I take another journey through 2023.

I am truly grateful for this year, despite the ebb and flow of life, the rollercoaster ride of emotions, the ups and downs of relationships, the work-life balance difficulties, and everything in between.

Take some time to reflect on your 2022. What are the blessings you received that are most impactful for you, and what were your lessons learned from your difficult times? And after that, set your intentions for the upcoming year!
