Evolution of self is important for you to elevate to the next level. So many people in this world neglect this step in growth and carry who they were into the next thing while portraying to be something more than they are. It's not until you actually look in the mirror and do the work on yourself that you will be able to reciprocate what you put out in the world. Faking it until you make it only works in job interviews, but even then alot of the time you get found out.

Episode 10 - Do You Exist Or Are You Just Living? This episode speaks on societal pressures for people to assimilate to advance in the world. Which in turn produce a lot individuals that never walk their own path; That never share themselves with the world truly, that will be remembered for their assimilation not for their actual being. Within this episode I challenge you to break out of that mold and allow the world to see who you actually are. Because there's a little you somewhere in this world that needs to see you, connect with you, so they too can learn how to exist.

Episode 9: 25 Going On 30 is about self awareness of your present which brings awareness to your imminent future. Understanding that you need to change to evolve to make your dreams come true. And sometimes that change comes at a drastic life altering cost. However, you do deserve happiness and the fulfillment of that atleast once in your lifetime. Pure happiness is hard to obtain, and even harder to hold on to, but once you find it within yourself it becomes easier to replicate, understand and teach others how to make their Journey from 25 to 30 a bit smoother. It's tough looking in the mirror knowing you aren't where you desire, but it's even tougher taking action and making changes to be where you desire.

Episode 8: Being Enough is about uplifting yourself and getting yourself to a point of understanding where no matter the situation or circumstance you understand at the foundation of it all you are enough.

Episode 7: What Drives You? Circles back to conversations we've had previously. Discussing, motivation, drive, understanding yourself, finding your center. We have to strip away all of the supernatural stuff that we project to the world and find that center, your core-being and use that as your compass to success.

Episode 6: Choices Part II continues to elaborate on how important choices made in ones life can be and how detrimental it can be for yourself or those around you. We may not be able to successfully make all of the proper choices in life. However, listening to your inner voice (intuition) can help you make the best choice the majority of the time. Listening to those that are trying to guide you properly, can give you the upper hand on decision making. Make sure the choices you make, you can stand on them for a lifetime. Because some choices you make can't be fixed.

Sometimes you don't know the importance of a choice until you are faced with the consequences of said choice. Episode 5: Choices, brings you into the reality that any choice can be an important choice so it's best to evaluate them as best as you can before making a decision. Trust in yourself, follow your intuition.

You have to be comfortable being uncomfortable. That's how you make breakthroughs in life. Learning how to understand the importance of mental health and wealth of self and those around you that you love. Because there may come a day when they need to see you're falling apart; so they can aid you. However, if you refuse to show them, how can they be there for you? Remember to always lead life with love, peace and happiness and don't let anyone taint that for you.
