Now the e-commerce site is a big part of the business and I run the site. I do all the software upgrades and enhancements, add new features and do all the design updates and fixes our site requires. I have hired dozens of people and most of them worked out beautifully in the job they were hired for. A few of them struggled and some of those people came through the struggle and others didn’t.

The cleaning and catering job is under the Master of the Household’s Department, which handles the regal residence’s entertainment—all the private parties, extravagant galas, international dinners, and more.
