On today’s episode I sit down with Mason and Maddox Daniels. They are both extremely discipline athletes, who continuously strive to perform at their best capability in their mind, body, and spirit. We had an amazing conversation filled with vulnerability. We went over what it takes to be disciplined and what it actually means to be consistent. It’s easy to get trapped in the mentality that you need to change everything in order to see a progress in your life. However the truth is that change can start small by simply making your bed in the morning as an example. Love you guys and continue working on becoming the best version of you!

On today's episode I sit down with Derek Abikenari, college student and rational thinker. He has been a positive influence in my life and I brought him in since I knew he had a lot of value to provide. We talk about how belief shapes our decisions and the person we become. We argue how there is no freedom without the adoption of responsibility. We explain why it is so important for us to have a plan in order to continue improving our character and becoming a better version of ourselves.

On this episode I interview Lucas Goes, a musician, and mentor of mine. We go over why individuals feel anxiety and have fear towards the future and decisions he or she has to make. We discuss the reality that anxiety is not something we can run from but it is something we can manage. We should not let our anxiety stop us from taking action. We need to accept that we as humans will continually fail, but that should not stop us from getting up and trying again.
