It highlights the sentiment of Ephesians 2:10 that believers are saved by Christ in order to serve the local church and the Kingdom of God. Members are called to first discoer their gifts and talents. Secondly members are called to allow their pastors to equip them to serve. Lastly, members are encouraged to develop a servant's heart.
