Reflect, today, on the powerful, life-changing message of Christ’s Resurrection. If it still feels unclear to you, then let this Easter Season be a time of deep listening. Let go of fear that clouds your heart. Open yourself in faith. Let God speak to you about His victory over sin and death. Try to understand this mystery more deeply. And once you do, commit to sharing that joy and truth with others. Listen for the voice of the angels. Receive their message. Let Christ’s Resurrection change your life forever.

Reflect, today, on the silence and stillness of this holy day. Let Mary’s heart inspire you. Let her example draw you deeper into faith, hope, and love. Her quiet trust can become your own, and her joyful expectation can help prepare your heart for the Resurrection.

Reflect, today, on this Good Friday, on the sacred scene of Jesus and His mother at the Cross. As you do, examine your own heart. What would it take for you to live this kind of love? What needs to change in you so that you can forgive freely, love courageously, and remain faithful through suffering? The strength and tenderness that flowed between Mary and Jesus are gifts God wants to give you too. He wants you to bring that love into every relationship, into every part of your life.

Reflect, today, on death—but try to see it as a call to live a life of love and sacrifice. The best way to prepare for a holy and peaceful death is to live with God’s love at the center of everything you do right now. The more you do that, the more you will bring glory to God, just as Jesus did.

Reflect, today, on Jesus’ words: “...as I have done for you, you should also do.” Jesus gave everything for us, and He calls us to do the same for others. Love without limits. Serve without holding back. Put others first, just as Jesus did. As you journey through the Triduum, consider how you can live out this invitation and become a reflection of His love.

Reflect, today, on the example of Judas. Let his story be a mirror in which you examine your own heart. Is there anything you desire more than Christ? Are there attachments in your life that lead you away from God’s will? What temptations confuse your thinking or make you forget the truth? Let this Holy Week be a time of cleansing, a time to surrender every desire that doesn’t lead to life. Choose Jesus instead. Only He can satisfy the longings of your heart.

Reflect, today, on your own experiences of pain, betrayal, or confusion. Ask yourself if you are seeing these things only through human eyes, or if you’re willing to see them as God does. God wants to show you how even the hardest moments in life can be used for His glory. In fact, it is often the moments that seem the most hopeless that, in God's hands, become the most powerful signs of His love and grace.

Reflect, today, on how you can follow Mary’s example and offer your own personal act of love to Jesus. What can you pour out for Him this week, your time, your talents, your treasures, or your prayers? How can you make this Holy Week a time of real devotion, a way to show Jesus just how much you love Him? Let your love be sincere and generous, given simply because He is worthy.

Reflect, today, on these two very different moments from Holy Week. Let yourself join the crowd as they welcome Jesus as King. But don’t stop there. Fix your gaze on Jesus and follow Him, even when the journey leads to betrayal, suffering, and death. Choose to be faithful, especially when it’s hard. Ask Mary to give you the same courage she had, so that your heart will stay true, and so the stones won’t have to cry out in your place.

Reflect today on any trials or injustices you have faced. Do you believe that God can use even these for His glory? Surrender your burdens in faith, trusting that no evil can hinder His divine plan.
