While Chate held it down for all the singles for Valentine's Day, Alexis brought in her boyfriend for a Couples Quiz to see how well he knows the basics about her. We also discuss the high expectations of the holiday and our ideal gifts. This got interesting!

Question of the day: When was the last time you told yourself that you are a good mother? 

In today's episode, we try to de-stigmatize "the baby momma" and the "single mom". We remind people that single moms are doing the job of two and that is something that should be respected and not shamed. We also remind our listeners that we started this podcast to show women that we have a purpose outside of being a mother. Alexis calls her baby dad to find out what kind of mother he thinks she is, but Chate punks out on finding out what her baby dad thinks!

In today's episode, Chase Craig, one of your favorite podcast guests is back!  He tells us how his company American Roofing and Renovations has been surviving the pandemic and what he has learned about himself and his business during quarantine. Last episode of the year! In this episode Alexis finally finishes her thoughts about the girlfriends on Girlfriends. We discuss Christmas preparation, what "race" we think our puppies are, and the highs and lows of 2020! 

Lesson of the Day: Don't put unnecessary pressure on yourself for your 2021 goals. We all barely made it out of 2020. 

It has been 2 weeks, but we are back! We are catching up and discussing how Alexis ended up with COVID and Chate got a dog. We talk about the girlfriends from "Girlfriends" and how we miss pre-COVID and having a clique to do things with. Chate shares her "goodies" and the conversation goes all over the place. We bounce around from Alexis sharing why she loves going to Georgia, Chate lowkey shades chubby guys, we take a few friendly  cheap shots at our BD's, Alexis talks about life as a step mom, and a few other things.  

Remember all of the crazy things your mom said to you over the years? A lot of them didn't make sense then, but now we're recycling some of them and saying them to our own kids, ironically. This episode we reminisced "don't let your mouth write a check your ass can't cash", "you got McDonald's money", and our favorite "stay outta grown folks business", among many others.
