For the first time in the AFL's 129-year history, a former player has come out as bisexual.

Former West Coast player Mitch Brown broke barriers yesterday when he announced in an interview with The Daily Aus that he was bisexual, telling the podcast that he concealed his sexuality because of homophobia he witnessed during his time in the game.
