Rick Perry, Former Secretary of Energy and Governor of Texas, discusses the US going from being ‘energy dependent’ to becoming ‘energy codependent’ under the Biden Administration, saying with all of the policies that are being implemented, it never had anything to do with ‘global warming’ but rather was always about ‘income redistribution’ and putting in ‘Marxist policies’, commenting that ‘Americans are smart but they’ve got to be paying attention.’ The former Governor also touched on nuclear energy, saying that the Biden Administration only discusses nuclear energy in a negative context but that the Administration is ‘never going to be able to have a policy that legitimately impacts the climate in a positive way until [it] includes nuclear’, which has ‘zero emissions’.
