When Sirles joins the show the conversation flips to the offensive side of the ball. He talks about his time in Minnesota playing with Stefon Diggs and what the Bills are getting in their new no. 1 receiver. Then Sirles gives detailed insight into the growth of Josh Allen. He explains why it takes a village to help a quarterback grow and what he witnessed playing in San Diego with Philip Rivers and then in Carolina with Cam Newton. Then of course Jeremiah provides a detailed analysis of Bills offensive line, including second-year tackle/guard Cody Ford.
