Former Arapahoe County, Colorado District Attorney George Brauchler has prosecuted several high profile cases, including the Aurora theater shooter. But unlike gun control activists who've pointed to that shooting and others as reasons to restrict the Second Amendment, Brauchler says that in his experience these gun control laws do far more harm to the rights of citizens than to the violent criminals they're supposed to stop.
