The podcast is back after weeks of silence! That's because Saff has been ill with non covid. So has Neil, but he got the "worse, MAN version". Then they had a massive row and nearly divorced.  Don't worry though. Nothing has changed in 4 weeks. 

They still need to work on bettering themselves as always. Basically they are still 40s and fucked.  They were both sober over New Year! Find out why and if they've fallen back off the wagon (they have, because Neil DID do his "wine eyebrow" face at Saff).  

Neil wants them to present a new show on Channel 5 called Posh Wanks With A View with Jayne McDonald. Or something similar. It'll be a BAFTA winning smash!  It's good to be back!!

First week at the gym and Saffron and Neil have smashed it - both went and used the treadmill and didn’t vomit or pass out. A great sign of things to come!  

Neil used the pool facilities and made a friend in the jacuzzi. He also got to know quite a bit about a gentleman in the changing room too - specifically if he grooms down below or not.  Neil shows his talent for selling just about any thing.

Ironically he is the voiceover for many, many infomercials, mostly flogging home gym equipment. You will have heard him, selling hi-tech running and bike machines on the telly. What you don’t know is he goes straight for a Big Mac after the recording.  

There’s loads more, including Neil’s autocorrect fails this week, Saff’s nighttime online shopping and a special guest star spot - Tate singing Xmas tunes!

Hey, it's Saff and Neil and we are on tour. We are back in Saffron's motherland of Yorkshire, but even though we are on our travels, we brought the podcast equipment with us! Trust me, this episode is a corker. 

We hear some amazing stories from Saff's family, some that could even get us sued! lol (Thanks Tam)  We chat more about the gym, or the not going to the gym, takeaways, drink and Neil even gets a late present from his mother-in-law. But all is not right with it?

Hey dirtbags!  

Another week another podcast! This week we find out why Neil once punched a wall before his DJ set. The reason? Absolutely no fucking reason.

The pair of intrepid 40 somethings are thinking of joining the gym again for the 100th time. Might as well walk outside and drop £100 down the drain every month. But we move! Maybe this time will be the time they actually start to go. Underneath all that blubber are two toned, honed and super healthy gym bunnies.  

Saffron wants a cat. Will she make Neil understand that having a pet is good for you, they are soothing and therapeutic? Or will he still be totally against it as he thinks it will scratch up the furniture, bring in mice and Saffron will probably end up sitting on it anyway.
