DHG partner, Michael Rauchwarg, accomplished a major milestone earlier this year when he crossed the finish line of a marathon in Hawaii. In true Energy for Life fashion, he had achieved his goal of running a marathon in all 50 states! In this podcast, Michael talks about his dedication, discipline, and what's next on his to-do list.

Earlier this year we launched our DHG service guidelines, which outline how we serve our internal and external clients in order to deliver the ultimate client experience. This month DHG kicks off its annual food drive, Count the Cans, where the entire firm focuses on fighting hunger through food donations and volunteerism at local community food banks. Robin Brown is a manager in the DHG Risk Advisory practice in Atlanta. She is a board member and has been volunteering for many years with the Atlanta Community Food Bank. Robin’s focus on food bank programs stems from her time working with Boys and Girls Clubs and the YMCA youth programs during her college years. The stories shared by her students about food insecurity in their households stuck with her throughout college and compelled her to continuously give back when and where she could. 

In celebrating Pride month and our diverse people and perspectives, Lori Cochran discusses her role on DHG's Inclusion & Diversity Council, why having diverse teams is a business imperative and why it's critical for DHG to recognize and celebrate our people's diverse backgrounds. Lori is an Assurance Partner in our DHG Richmond office. 

So many Americans are asking the important question: What does the tax reform law mean for me? Tax reform is definitely a hot topic for our profession, for every industry and for us as individuals. Financial well-being is a key pillar of our DHG IMPACT committees and joining us today is Eric Hessler who is a senior manager in our tax practice.  Eric will help us uncover and clarify some of the information we all need to know about the tax reform law.
