In Los Angeles, a two-mile stretch of Figueroa Street known as “the Blade” has become an open sex-trafficking corridor where children as young as 12 are sold to predators while police struggle to stop it. Many of these victims were lured from the foster-care system through social media grooming before being forced into prostitution.
