Episode 108 of Foul Territory: A Baseball Podcast—the Annie Hall edition—devotes most of the episode to the Jed Rigney’s brainchild from several years ago: the Baldwin Scale. It’s Jed’s way of ranking GMs after the trade deadline, giving them an Alec rating for a great performance, a Billy rating for good but not great, a Stephen rating for failing to do enough and a Daniel rating for a dreadful performance. A handful of Alecs and Daniels, but most teams landed in the Billy or Stephen camps. Listen to get the details on Jed’s thoughts for each and every team.
