FMC Florence is a ghostwriter who sees ghosts. After a tragic accident, her editor, Benji, becomes a ghost. Together, the pair work through the loss of Florence's dad and the lessons and regrets Benji has from his short lived life.

While the concept of this book is a little out there, the book besties are all glad they took the leap of faith with this one. It is a beautiful, hilarious, heartbreaking and heartwarming read.

"Happily Never After" follows Sophie, a bride who catches her fiancee cheating. Thankfully, her bestie hires an Objector to object at the wedding. Max, the objector, then brings Sophie in on his business and the begin objecting weddings together. This leads to lots of shenanigans, fake dating, and two people growing and improving together. Cute, right?
