Is Jesus currently on David’s throne? This is one of the perennial questions within eschatology. You may be surprised to know that Scripture speaks specifically to this issue. The Bible helps us answer many questions about the Davidic throne, especially concerning where the throne is located and when Jesus will ascend to it. Join host Peter Goeman as he unpacks what the Bible says about Jesus’ position on David’s throne.

In this first episode of a multi-part series, Jeremy spends time offering a definition of Christian Nationalism. Not only does he give a definition based off of his studies, but he also spends time responding to Joel Webbon’s “Three Basic Beliefs of All Christian Nationalists.” There’s also a short clip played (and responded to) from Doug Wilson’s message, “Postmillennialism,” that was given at Joel Webbon’s recent conference.

We are living during a time when the evangelical Christian church, in general, has downplayed theology so much that we are not seeing many churches denigrate anything outside of the basic gospel message. It has become fashionable in some circles to shorten church doctrinal statements to the point that they are only a few short sentences. Dispensational Premillennialism is one of those areas where more and more Christians are unwilling to see as important or relegate these matters to mere opinions that don’t matter. In this episode of Advancing the Cause, Richard Bargas shares five reasons why dispensational premillennialism is important to profess, protect, and promote in the church.
