Yachting International Radio is a Multi-Media Platform. In today's day and age, where the world is very interconnected via their computers, YIR wanted to make sure that if there was a way to reach out to those in the Yachting and Luxury Industries, they would be able to. 

Each form of media is used uniquely. There is no way to create a cookie-cutter message that crosses all platforms, so each is used for their own purpose and used in a way that it was intended.

They focus on the industry, as well as a major topic being the environment and how they can continue to live their best lives, but do so while being more careful with the world around them.

On todays epsisode we have Lucas Martín Calderón, a passionate problem-solver. He is also the founder of a cyber-security startup called Oxyde Technologies, which he started with a group of motivated and talented graduates during his first year Electronics engineering and computer science. He  is now in his penultimate year, as well as being the president of the largest and only entrepreneur’s society at University.

Having won several hackathons, especially his second place in Junction Helsinki, with almost 2,000 hackers, he was the right person to become JunctionX Exeter Director, bringing the quality, prestige and track-record of one of the world’s biggest hackathons brands to the UK for the first time as well.
