Christ’s command to give to God what belongs to God is synonymous with His command to offer the Mass. At Mass we offer the most perfect and adequate sacrifice, and by joining ourselves with that sacrifice, we offer ourselves.

The LORD who is our shepherd is a formidable God, who not only guides us, but challenges us.
