All are called to a life of “self-donation”

Heaven is our true home.

The word tells us that to suffer is shameful and disgraceful. That is a lie.

When we feel that God is not listening or not care, God has something better that awaits us.

God demands our hearts and souls. And although his demands might be extreme, his merciful generosity is also extreme.

Zephaniah speaks of a “remnant” people who will be called to witness to the Faith. St Paul speaks of it in his epistle, and our Lord called them “blessed.” Christians must be part of that remnant.

Divisions are tragic. Working towards unity means being faithful to Gods call in our lives.

St Paul reminds us of the two basic foundations of our religion is the key to heaven.

We all have those moments when we experience a heightened sense or awareness of Gods presence. We need to savor and rest in those moments.

Christmas is a reminder to us to be grateful to our ancestors in faith and to give our lives to Jesus
