Wednesday of the 2nd Week of Lent]

God provides us solutions and opportunities to man's problems. Instead of isolating ourselves, moping in our closed bedrooms, let us open our eyes and look around to see God's favors and ways for us. Aside from the physicaĺ eyes, we also should look through the eyes of faith. [Mark 9:2-10, 2nd Sunday of Lent

Hell is also for those who did not do good. Heaven is not just for those who passively avoided evil but also for those who actively did good. [Matthew 25:31-46, Monday of the 1st Week of Lent]

Jesus tempted by Satan but ministered to by the angels reminds us again that the presence of good and evil in our lives and in the world is the reality we need to kearn to accept. However, the latter part of today's Gospel mentions of Jesus' preaching, admonishing us to repent and change. [Mark 1:12-15, 1st Sunday of Lent]

Let us enjoy our relationship with God now for it has a promise of forever. [Matthew 9:14-15, Friday after Ash Wednesday]
