How do you know what your vocation is? If you already have your vocation, how do you grow in holiness and do God's will in your vocation? These are the questions I tackle in today's homily.

When John the Baptist first saw Jesus he said, "Behold the lamb of God." All throughout scripture, the Messiah was likened to a lamb. At the Mass, the Eucharist is introduced as the "Lamb of God." Those who understand the significance of the Lamb will avoid death and live forever.

When prisoner 5659 was sentenced to die by starvation in Auschwitz, a Polish priest offered to take his place. What that priest did for 1 man, Jesus Christ did for all. That is why today is known as "Good Friday." God bless.

When Jesus entered Jerusalem 2000 years ago the people did him homage crying out "Hosanna in the highest," and paving his path with palms. Days later those same people shouted, "Crucify Him. Crucify Him." They weren't convicted He was the Messiah. Are you?

The reason we always commit the same sins over and over again is becuase we never attack the ROOT CAUSE of our sins. Get the root and everything will begin to change. This homily will help you indentify the root sin in your life and how to specifically defeat it.
