How I think of it and starting to practice

Listening and learning to gentle opportunities to practice because we feel done with being crushed - but knowing that is part of the renovation process and looking at the opportunities in the reinvention process to design things the way we want them. Echoing back to yourself through time. Linking the deeper and the expanded energy selves.
