For imagining your life, communicating with guides, integrating aspects of yourself. Imagine, create, play. To clarify: journeys will always go into the space beyond your imagination, but just doing these recordings I feel that it’s propelling questions I haven’t even formed fully into answers in a journey. How getting triggered with my daughters resistance to new pants, turned out to be my inner teenage designer needing the space to play. NOTE: The trigger was there before the soul retrieval, but I feel that because of the retrieval, I’m able to work with that aspect of self more consciously than what was available before.

Use your basic psychic level to have a convo with shadow. Use triggers as a way of reframing your present moment from a higher perspective: they can help you reframe how you engage and perceive your current situation. (PS Want to reframe how I spoke about not being provided for growing up, fully acknowledge that I didn’t pay the mortgage or utilities, but this came out raw and realizing that I want to stay vulnerable with listeners and myself, so while I don’t give the full picture of growing up, you can still get an idea of where I’m coming from).
