I sat down with my favorite t-shirt wizard Greg Payne. Greg is a Marine Corps veteran and small business owner. We talked about his origin story and why he joined the Marines with his twin brother.  Greg is the owner of Silly Toast Designs in Appleton, WI. that specializes in custom screen printing apparel, embroidery, and many other different types of apparel or marketing material.  Greg shared his vision and his story with me and it was great to connect with Greg and really get to know him. Greg and I have become friends and business partners.

Mr. John Foss was on the podcast sharing is very interesting and illuminating origin story.  We covered his childhood, college, Military, Afghanistan, and his time with the NSA.  John joins former member Brenden Piper as one of the founders of Desert Veterans of Wisconsin- Fox Valley Chapter. John loves helping veterans and military. He also is a very caring father and husband.  As well as a business owner and house flipper.  John is a great role model for myself and other veterans that seek a great person to talk with and also just bullshit with. Glad I can call him a friend.

My friend and fellow Veteran Ella Hayat was on the Podcast.  Ella's story is one that deserves more time to share and I was so honored and humbled to share part of her story on my podcast.  Ella served her county of Israel for a few years and she has seen so many things in her life. Service is mandatory for all Israeli citizens. Ellas story opens our hearts and it forces us to focus on how lucky we are in America. Ella and I talked about the differences between volunteer service and mandatory service. We talked about the vast differences how Israel and the U.S. treats their veterans.  Ella shared her experiences of discrimination and racism while transitioning to America.  I wanted to showcase the similarities all veterans share regardless of what country we are from. Ella and I both share an enormous amount of patriotism.  This is the most powerful episode I have done yet. I hope you all enjoy this episode!

Sam Rogers was on the podcast sharing his origin story and some of his experiences in different roles while in the Army. We talked about some political issues and serious things going on in the MIL/Vet Community, especially the Afghanistan War.  Sam is Director of Concerned Veteran for America- Wisconsin. He is very passionate about working with both sides of the isle to help out military and veterans in many very impactful ways.  Sam was a great guest and has become a better friend. I have my 2nd officer ever on the podcast! There was no officer speeches with my friend Nick. Nick and I deployed together to Iraq in 2009. Nick is an incredible leader with lots of experience. Him and dove into the life of an Army officer and I asked him some very serious and not so serious questions. We shared some personal stories about our mutual friend Tommy Wortham. Nick was a great guest and I hope he comes back on the podcast again soon so I can give him more shit for being an officer  All jokes aside, officers play a very important and at times difficult. I hope you all enjoy this episode.

Eric Beach is running for Mayor of Appleton, WI and was on the Podcast sharing his experience in the Army and how it directly applies to the office of Mayor for Appleton, WI.  Eric spent 21 years total in the Army and deployed with the local 2-127th INF out of Appleton, WI. Eric and I talked about many facets of the military and how he plans to use it as mayor and to improve the city's infrastructure and other key areas to improve to continue to make Appleton a great city.

I had my older cousin on the podcast today. Darrin Ferguson, we grew up together and he bullied me and always got the cool Christmas gifts.  Darrin is a 13 year Army Psychological Operations veteran with deployments to Iraq, Afghanistan, and Africa. Darrin is a Milwaukee boy just like me.   We talked about his path into military service and his impact and influence he had on me as a older cousin. Darth has been around the World more than once has a lot of experience that he loves to share when he is available.

Congressman Mike Gallagher was on the Podcast. We talked about his humble beginnings of going from college to the Marine Corps and going through OCS and becoming an Marine Officer.  We talked about many various issues throughout the country that our veterans face in their communities.  Congressman Gallagher was a great host and guest it was a pleasure to interview him.

Wisconsin State Representative 57th District, Amanda Stuck was on the podcast to discuss various issues, stories, and her 2020 campaign for the 8th Congressional District seat.  We had a great conversation with some laughs. Healthcare, Veterans, Medical/Recreational Marijuana, and plenty more we talked about.  We also talked about important aspects regarding to the veteran community throughout Wisconsin and in the Fox Valley area.   She was a great guest to have on the podcast.
