Local real estate agent Frank Barron returns with more tales of adventures with his friend, Gandy Glover. 

Gandy Glover was not only a real estate agent in Coweta County, but also a two-term mayor whose many accomplishments involved eliminating the local pigeon problem by shooting them off the courthouse from the sunroof of his Cadillac.
