  • Aterrador Nocaut durante un combate amistoso.| Bracing Nocaut during a friendly combat.
    https://3speak.tv/watch?v=frankrey11/rfkfmaqt

    >Here and now I'm going to show you a strong nocaut that propits a little without wanting to a good friend who is a sportswoman but practicing a completely different discipline, the art of the alterophilia. It's a short video since the fight did not last much, they can first observe only the video and later would give them an analysis of it. This post is written in Spanish and translated into English for the comfort of all readers.
    >These events took place in a neutral site where two men were met in keeping with boxing gloves and with these same rules. I never intended to hit a friendly opponent in a manner in such a way since I was in a much superiority position but it was inevitable. In combat sports it is working much but much, the reaction and is done with a lot of repetition of movements to the point that the body moves before we really realize what we are doing and that was what happened in this case ... I had practicing this movement against the attack that I leave without planning it and without contemplating the damage I could cause my partner but thanks to God, nothing serious occurred and is found in perfect health status.

  • Dominando, una nueva aventura.| Dominando, a new adventure.
    https://3speak.tv/watch?v=frankrey11/khqvxvkc
    >>Good morning @fulldeportes and @Hive in general, I hope you are having a great time this carnival season. I for my part today I'm going to show you an exercise routine I did this morning at dawn, using my own weight, you can also do it using bars to do pull-ups and floor to do push-ups.
    >>I'm not really good at doing pull-ups so it's not that I'm going to teach you or anything like that in fact I've learned a lot of that in this community but before running we must walk and before this we must crawl, what I mean is that even if this type of exercise is not my forte, I can start doing them again to learn and improve and that's what I will share with you, what would be a day of training not only teaching you something I already know, but rather starting a new path with you and that way later you can see my progress.
    >>This routine was also accompanied by pushups, several types of pushups to work in a diversified way that area of the body in addition to various muscles of the arm and back and as if that were not enough you can also see my active breaks which is something that until now I had never shown you.
    >>I shot the video in the early hours of the morning without help so I placed the camera in any place so that with God's help everything came out well.

  • Rutina de cardio dance fighting parte #2.| Cardio dance fighting routine part #2.[ESP-ING]
    https://3speak.tv/watch?v=frankrey11/rzrzneiq

Greetings @Fulldeportes family today I bring you the second part of a dance fighting routine that because it was a little long I could not provide you with it completely and here this time you will see faster and more elaborate movements that in the previous video you could not enjoy because being the beginning of the routine, it is about making the movements slower and gradually increase the difficulty to get better results. This post is written in Spanish and translated into English for the convenience of all readers.
This type of exercise routines are of aerobic type helps a lot to improve our cardiopulmonary resistance and also to other capacities of our physiology such as improving our flexibility, speed and also our coordination. Besides that they are very fun routines to do because they are accompanied by music and can be done both individually and also in groups you can do this dance fighting routine in a free way only by placing the type of music of your preference and following the rhythm of the rhythm of your choice. Generally a dance fighting session can last from 5 to 20 continuous minutes and you should not stop to rest because within the same routine there will be lapses of rest in which some movements we will do them in a slightly slower way and in this way we will be able to rest without stopping or stopping the routine in the middle.

Hello @fulldeportes, how are you? Today corresponds a video of error correction when fighting, I hope you like it and learn with me to win your battles. This post is written in Spanish and translated to English for the convenience of all readers.
The corrections that we will make today are very important because what we are going to correct now are 3 mistakes that we make when dodging blows.
When fighting is not only about attacking something that we have to give the same importance is the defense by instinct human beings to see that we will be attacked we will try to dodge the attacks but if we do it the wrong way this will leave us in a disadvantageous position.
In this video you will see three corrections I make to mistakes we make when dodging blows such mistakes are made even by people who are beginning to train combat sports.
In boxing these dodging techniques are known as:
1.Fram: when we throw back our head slightly tilting our trunk to place most of our weight on the back leg.
Roll: Swinging movement from left to right using our arms, trunk and legs.
3.slip: dodge to the left or right by turning the feet in front or behind depending on where we do not want to lean while slightly rotating the trunk in order to dodge the blow without moving too far away so that it is easier to counter-attack.

Hi @fulldeportes today I am going to share a short but very effective training session for those who practice boxing or for those who are interested in practicing the sport of pugilism. This post is written in Spanish and translated into English for the convenience of all readers.
The training routine consists of jumping rope exercises that will help us to warm up and is an excellent cardio exercise and also to gain coordination, then we will do some spinning exercises using weights, which can be done with weights or with any object that is comfortable to hold in front of us and that is of a considerable weight but nothing exaggerated, 5 to 10 kg to start with would be fine. Then we continue with series of punching throwing curved blows with dumbbells and finally what we are going to do is to practice combinations of blows taking into account and paying special attention to the technique of execution of the movements.

Hello @Fulldeportes family, I hope you are doing well, today I bring for you a video where you can see a structured cardio workout on a dance fighting routine which is basically an intense dance session as we will follow the rhythm of the music but using fighting moves. This post is written in Spanish and translated to English for the convenience of all readers.
This training routine is very fun and can become very intense but we will increase the intensity progressively starting with slower movements and little by little these fighting movements will become faster and explosive making the training more and more arduous and we must also choose a music that starts a little slow and then gets faster and stronger to serve as motivation and at the same time will trace the rhythm that we must follow. The fighting movements will be basic, repetitive and will go in groups; that is to say, fists, knees, kicks and defense.
